1. The UG Commons is available for SHSS undergraduate students only. Unless authorized, other parties are not allowed to enter the Commons.

2. Please cooperate and leave the room when it comes to the end of your reserved time slot(s). 

​

3. If you are the last person leaving the room, please turn off all lights and air-cons. 

​

4. Personal belongings should not be left unattended. SHSS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. 

​

5. Laptops and other items left unattended on tables, desks, or chairs may be moved to the floor by other users of the room. SHSS staff may remove such items without prior notice. 

​

6. Please do not reserve seats or spaces by books, bags, laptops, or other items. 

​

7. Please keep all areas tidy and dispose of rubbish properly. Be courteous to your fellow students and keep your voices low. 

​

8. You MUST wear face mask when in the UG Commons. 

​

9. You must NOT move the furniture in the UG Commons.
